FERROUS CRETE (SARA) WALL PUTTY

SARA wall putty is a polymer based water resistant fine wall putty for concrete/mortar walls and ceilings. It has superior adhesive strength and durability. It does not require water curing. SARA wall putty renders a smooth and durable surface suitable for all kinds of paint. It serves as filler/leveler in the paint system and enhances durability.

    COMPOSITION OF SARA PUTTY

    SARA wall putty is a well balanced mixture of :-

    SURFACE PREPARATION

    All the loosely adhering and projecting material from the wall should be removed with the help of wire brush, putty blade or emery stone. The wall surface should be moistened with sufficient quantity of water to saturate the surface as well as to clean the dust/dirt.

    PRECAUTIONS

    Care should be taken to avoid dust inhalation while mixing and handling powder. In case of contact with eyes or mouth, wash with plenty of water. Keep out of reach of children. Store in cool and dry place.

  • PRODUCT MIXING AND APPLICATION

    • Mix putty with water in the ration of 2:1. Mix thoroughly to get a uniform paste
    • Apply first coat of SARA wall putty uniformly on the prepared surface with the help of putty blade
    • Allow the surface to dry for at least 2-3 hours. Apply 2nd coat of putty if required to match with the adjacent area
    • Allow sufficient time to dry completely
    • Rub the surface with fine water proof emery paper to get a smooth surface ready for painting
