Polymer Modified Waterproofing cum Bonding Agent

Ferro 131 is a latex based milky liquid admixture for concrete repair, waterproofing coating for concrete and mortar, bonding on old to new concrete surfaces or on any building material, Screeding work and filling of cracks over concrete substrate such as grout injection work. It is U.V. resistant and nonbiodegradable & water soluble which makes it easily usable with cement slurry, mortar, concrete, grouts, etc

  • Coverage Area

    The approximate coverage is as follows
    When used as Waterproofing Coating 0.075 – 0.080 kg/m2 in each coat
    When used as Bonding Agent 0.05 kg m2 in each coat
    When used as Repair Concrete & Screed 10-15% by weight of cement @ water / powder ratio = 0.5.
    When used as Repair Mortar 0.035 kg/m2 thickness @ water / powder ratio = 0.5.
    When used as Crack Filling & Grout Injection
    In case of Crack Filling 0.020 kg/m thickness @ water / powder ratio = 0.5.
    In case of Grout Injection 4 – 6 kg per bag of cement

    * The consumption may vary depending upon the thickness of the coats

  • SHELF LIFE

    12 months if kept in a cool dry place and remains in un-opened condition.
